Job Description:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team for monthly/annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial property sales.
Oversee lead generation, CRM management, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Guide site visits, present project features, and address customer queries.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure RERA/company policy compliance.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Work closely with marketing to design campaigns and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3+ years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Jaipur real estate market, RERA compliance, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Target-driven, motivated, able to deliver under deadlines.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
