Job Title: Real Estate Sales ManagerJob Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize property sales. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team productivity.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Create and execute action plans for lead generation and conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and promotions.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
  • Handle customer queries, site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sale support.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Expand broker/agent networks and manage channel partner performance.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities to generate leads.

5. Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, finance, legal, operations).
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales numbers and pipelines.
  • Monitor project inventory, pricing, and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in residential/commercial project sales.
  • Strong network of brokers and channel partners.
  • Ability to conduct high-impact presentations and client meetings.
  • Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English; regional languages preferred).

Work Environment

  • Base location: On-site (Project site/Office)
  • Field visits and client meetings required.
  • Weekend working may be required based on client appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
