Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical full-time, permanent role responsible for driving the growth of our comprehensive software development and consulting services.
As a Sales Manager, you will be the face of Associative, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be expected to quickly understand our diverse service portfolio (Web Development, Mobile Apps, ML/AI, Blockchain, etc.) and effectively articulate our value proposition to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads and opportunities in the technology and software services sector.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Present, promote, and sell Associative’s services to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.
Coordinate sales efforts with the technical and project management teams.
Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications
Experience: Fresher (Candidates eager to start a career in sales are encouraged to apply).
Education: Any Graduate.
Must Have: Own Laptop for work.
Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required for effective communication with local and national clients.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
