Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales initiatives, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, crafting effective sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves team leadership, tracking sales performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company goals.

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy Formulation, and Market Analysis skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
