The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and developing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves strategizing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue targets, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
