Sales Manager

You will play a crucial role in representing Neptune Chempastel in your assigned region, where you will be the face of the company, promoting its products, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for Neptune Chempastel and promoting its product range effectively. - Developing and managing a portfolio of B2B clients within various industries. - Driving sales targets by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals. - Providing technical and commercial support to clients in collaboration with the internal team. - Keeping yourself updated with the latest market trends and knowledge. The ideal candidate for this role would possess experience in chemical, pigment, or industrial product sales, although it is not mandatory. Having an existing network or client base in the target industry would be advantageous. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills, along with the ability to invest time and resources in business development within your region. Being technically inclined and capable of understanding product applications is also essential.
