The person is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, handling administrative tasks, and providing general support to management and employees. Key Responsibilities: Office Management Administrative Support Communication & Coordination Data Management General Support Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative role. Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines). Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Personal Attributes: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy.
