Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chandigarh for DSA Segment. I am Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include driving sales growth within the assigned territory, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Expertise / Qualification

Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and create effective sales strategies
Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in lending to MSME, Unsecured and LAP
Bachers in Arts with Good Grades.
