Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chandigarh for DSA Segment. I am Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include driving sales growth within the assigned territory, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Expertise / Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in lending to MSME, Unsecured and LAP
  • Bachers in Arts with Good Grades.
