Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to lead the growth of our LT Panel sales division across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop lasting client relationships. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in LT Panels, MCC, PCC, DBs, APFC panels, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, builders, and end-users
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct technical presentations, participate in negotiations, and close deals
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and tender documents with technical team support
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales leads to ensure conversion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for timely delivery and execution
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new technologies
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales of LT Panels or allied electrical products
  • Technical understanding of panel design, switchgear components, and distribution systems
  • Experience in handling B2B clients and complex technical sales cycles


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • LT/HT Panel Manufacturing Companies
  • Switchgear / Control Panel Sales
  • EPC / MEP Contracting Firms
  • Industrial Electrical Solution Providers
