Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers for SaaS products in the BFSI industry.
  • Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using data analytics tools.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development management in the IT services & consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in hunting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience working with key accounts, including building strong relationships and negotiating contracts.
