About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Own and drive end-to-end sales for
Oracle NetSuite
in the North India territory.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, partner collaboration, and account-based strategies.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, IT heads, Finance leaders) and build strong relationships.
Understand customer business processes, pain points, and map those needs to NetSuite solutions.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and partner teams to ensure deal success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

6–9 years of experience
in ERP/SaaS/Cloud solution sales (NetSuite/Oracle ERP/SAP/MS Dynamics experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle management in B2B enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage multi-level relationships.
Comfortable with travel across the
North Region
as required.

Good-to-Have

Prior experience selling
Oracle NetSuite
specifically.
Knowledge of finance, operations, or supply-chain business processes.
Existing relationships with key industries in North India (Manufacturing, Retail, IT/ITES, Services, D2C, etc.)
