Role Overview

The Accredited Sales Manager is an entry-level executive role within the sales function, responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through structured sales execution. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start and build a career in sales with hands-on exposure to real customers, targets, and business outcomes.

The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on defined sales guidelines.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closure, including documentation and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, onboarding) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and experience.
  • Handle basic customer objections and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Participate in sales reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales processes.

  • Number of qualified leads contacted and followed up
  • Conversion rate from lead to customer
  • Revenue generated / deals closed
  • Follow-up adherence and CRM hygiene

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA or sales certifications are a plus but not mandatory).
  • 02 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer handling.
  • Comfortable with targets, performance metrics, and incentive-driven environments.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously.
  • Proficiency in basic tools such as MS Excel, CRM systems, or similar platforms is an advantage.
