Job Summary:

Sales Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute 

    territory/account strategies

     to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
  • Develop and drive the 

    sales pipeline

    scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Target and establish access to 

    decision makers

     in key strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong 

    relationships with key decision makers

    , partners, and customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Drive enablement and influence of the 

    field sales team

     to improve scale and increase success rates from lead qualification to closure.
  • Monitor and analyze 

    sales performance metrics

    , ensuring timely reporting and achievement of business goals.
  • Stay updated with 

    industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

     to refine and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in 

    Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

     (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience

     with at least 

    2 years in a call center leadership or sales management role

    .
  • Experience in 

    territory/account management, pipeline development, and revenue generation

    .
  • Proficiency in 

    CRM tools and MS Office Suite

    .
