Position: Sales Manager – Dubai Process

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Dubai Process to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end sales operations related to our Dubai-specific services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, business development, and customer engagement within the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets for the Dubai process.
• Generate new leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Dubai to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance) to deliver seamless service to clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a small sales team (if applicable) to achieve set goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Dubai process-related services [clarify if it’s related to immigration, recruitment, or business setup].
• Strong network and understanding of the UAE/Dubai market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
