About the Role:

Sales Manager (Key Accounts)

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive new lead generation and customer acquisition across the Hyderabad territory
Collaborate with major OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Poly, Audiocodes in the areas of Voice, Video AV & Networking solutions
Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans across solution verticals
Maintain and grow customer relationships in the assigned territory
Drive new business sales and identify upsell opportunities within key accounts
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
Handle commercial sales responsibilities (technical support will be provided by the presales/technology team)
Manage sales cycles and contribute to organizational growth by handling revenues up to USD 2 Million+ annually

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Sales with a System Integrator and strong understanding of the Hyderabad market.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven experience in switching gear/networking product sales
Familiarity with sales cycles and solution-based selling
Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
