Job Description

Position: Sales Manager – Cab/Transport Services Department: Sales & Business Development Location: [Nandanam, Chennai] Reports to: MD & CEO Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and expand our cab/transportation services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through lead generation, cold calls, client meetings, and networking. Promote cab/transportation services to corporate clients, schools, hotels, travel agencies, and individuals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key clients. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and SLAs with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, event contracts, and employee transportation deals. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay competitive. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly for repeat business. Preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, and contract negotiations. Good understanding of cab/transportation operations and customer requirements. Ability to upsell additional services (long-term contracts, premium vehicles, employee transport, etc.). Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills. Problem-solving attitude to handle client concerns and service issues. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. 2–5 years of sales experience in cab services, transport, logistics, or related service industry. Proven record of achieving sales targets and building corporate accounts. Local market knowledge and networking experience preferred.
