Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager Real Estate

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the Noida and Greater Noida region.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide detailed project information.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with homebuyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure seamless communication throughout the buying process.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful closures.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing options, and payment plans to clients.
  • Assist clients with booking, documentation, and handover processes.

4. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated with current real estate trends, property pricing, competitor projects, and market demand in Noida Sector 142 and nearby areas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving offerings and sales strategies.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan promotional campaigns, events, and site activities.
  • Maintain daily reports on lead status, follow-ups, client meetings, and sales progress.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum

    2–5 years

    of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate documentation, RERA guidelines, and sales processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
