Commercial Cab Driver

Key Responsibilities Pick up passengers at requested time and location. Safely transport passengers to destinations through the most efficient and legal routes. Assist passengers with luggage or special needs (e.g. the elderly, disabled). Keep the cab clean, both inside and out; ensure regular maintenance checks (tires, lights, brakes, fluid levels). Report any vehicle problems or accidents to management immediately. Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for each shift. Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies. Valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type. Clean driving record; no history of major traffic violations. Good knowledge of local roads / geography. Good communication skills; ability to interact politely with passengers from different backgrounds. Customer service orientation — friendly, patient, helpful. Work hours may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
