Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, etc.). Maintain Payroll in tally and file the return of ESIC and EPF. Maintain Petty Cash. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Implement and monitor internal controls for accurate financial reporting. Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance staff. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (CA/CMA/CPA) preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 3–10 years of accounting and finance experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Compu Office). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and team management abilities.
