Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Key Responsibility: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and aggressive revenue targets. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets. Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and create a culture of success. Conduct performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through online and offline channels. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted into profitable sales. Forecasting and Reporting: Create accurate sales forecasts and generate regular sales reports. Analyze performance data to drive sales strategies and provide insights to senior management. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of insideFPV s products, their features, benefits, and applications. Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers, positioning our products as the superior choice. Industry Events: Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and FPV racing events to represent the company, promote products, network, and generate leads. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, set sales targets, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients, and identify new business opportunities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics. Identify new sales opportunities and potential market segments. Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Business: Develop and implement effective B2B, B2C and B2G sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the designated territory. Travel: Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet sales goals and support the sales team. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics for management review. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in field sales and achieving revenue targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team. In-depth understanding of drones and their applications (highly preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
