Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Oversee all phases of drone projects, from concept to deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales. Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues. Implement effective project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to streamline project workflows. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear guidance to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Communicate project status and deliverables effectively. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Manage client expectations and ensure project satisfaction. Product Management: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features. Work closely with the development team to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on technical specifications, cost, and performance. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications. Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary licenses and approvals. Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards. Field Operations: Participate in field testing and validation of drone products. Collaborate with industry experts and attend conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies. Provide technical support to customers and partners. Financial Management: Track project budgets and expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the UAV industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Hands-on experience with project management tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Passion for drone technology and a strong desire to work in the field. Experience in field testing and product validation. Ability to travel for field testing, industry conferences, and client meetings. Knowledge of vendor management processes and supplier selection criteria.
