The candidate should be from engineering, manufacturing industries with strong Key account management skills, Handling global customer accounts/stakeholders & high commercial acumen and, preferably handled engineering products or machined components. Previous Decanter product or Key account experience with Alfa Laval/GEA Westfalia/Andritz would be added advantage. Role & responsibilities Winning and Managing Key Accounts across Decanter product segments Identifying new prospects and Establish contacts at decision making levels at customer end Creating RFQs, opening applications and winning large high value projects. Trace the line of hierarchy for particular project and manage the project winning process from end to end Driving sales strategies for achieving sales targets with a view to generate revenue & address pricing management for margin recovery/improvement. Conducting market analysis preparing business plans by tapping relevant customers to keep abreast of market trends and competition. International trade, logistics and customs management procedures Developing a business development plan targeting high potential markets and customers Taking client briefs and communicating clearly to Engineering/manufacturing team Closing deals on new business Preparing business proposals including developing costing and doing research where necessary Leadership : The candidate will need to show leadership ability to drive transformational cultural change to enable the business to be regionally competitive.
