Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at TASC, your main role will be to acquire, manage, and expand the portfolio of TASC clients by providing customized banking solutions, ensuring excellent service standards, compliance, and fostering deeper relationships with various TASC entities such as Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Section 8 companies, Autonomous Bodies, and related entities like Education, Religious, Healthcare Institutes, etc. across the mapped branches. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business acquisition through self-acquisition methods and by collaborating with mapped branches and sales teams. - Collaborate with mapped Branches and Sales Teams to enhance TASC business within their designated book. - Keep abreast of the latest regulations pertaining to TASC for providing product knowledge and advisory services. - Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management practices by conducting thorough KYC and due diligence processes as per regulatory guidelines. Monitor transactions to identify and prevent any misuse or non-compliant activities. - Coordinate internally with Branches and other sales teams to boost TASC business within the mapped branches. Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must-have educational qualification. - MBA or Postgraduate degree is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, with a preference for experience in TASC segment.
