Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lakhisarai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee team performance, provide necessary training, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Sales Management, including strategy formulation, team leadership, and performance analysis
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
Proficiency in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Organizational and Leadership Skills to effectively manage teams and ensure goal achievement
Previous experience in financial or banking sectors is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
