Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Manager position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager-HRMS/Software Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and targeting potential clients for HRMS and software solutions. Key tasks include crafting sales strategies, managing client relationships, Tallly channel partner management, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market analysis, building and leading effective sales teams, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Sales and HRMS domain knowledge/Tally Channel Partner
• Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Target Achievement
• Experience with Client Relationship Management and Negotiation techniques
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Team Leadership and Management abilities
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in HRMS or SaaS-based products is highly desirable
