Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales data. They will also be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.

  • Experience in sales strategy development and setting sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
