JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our hospital’s business development and patient acquisition efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, and community partners, and promoting the hospital’s services in the local market. This role requires strong communication skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient volume targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporate companies, insurance/TPA partners, and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and strengthen referral networks.
  • Promote hospital services, specialties, camps, and health programs in the community.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create outreach plans for them.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients and referred patients.
  • Organize health camps, corporate wellness programs, and promotional events.
  • Train and guide the sales team (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or business development.
  • Strong network with doctors, corporates, and TPAs (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of hospital operations and healthcare services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
