Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support the hospital's communication efforts through social media platforms. The ideal candidate will help manage content, engage with the community, and support awareness campaigns that reflect the hospital’s mission to deliver quality care and patient support. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments/messages, and escalate concerns when needed. Collaborate with hospital staff to highlight health initiatives, patient stories, events, and public health campaigns. Support digital campaigns promoting services like vaccination drives, health check-ups, awareness weeks, etc. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting aligned with branding and ethics. Track analytics and generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and performance. Assist with basic graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark for social media visuals. Stay updated on healthcare communication trends and social media best practices. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field. Students currently enrolled in relevant programs may be considered for internship or trainee roles. Working Conditions: Office-based May occasionally require presence during events, campaigns, or off-hours social media monitoring.
