Job Title : Sales Manager
Location: Karimnagar, Telangana
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Head of Sales

Job Summary:

Gravton Motors is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our electric two-wheeler (EV) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify and establish dealerships, distribution channels, and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through after-sales support and engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deals with dealers and key customers.
  • Stay updated on EV industry trends, government policies, and emerging market demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in EV, automobile, or related industries).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in dealer management, B2B sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, government incentives, and financing options is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
