About the Role

Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement

• Identify and convert automation project opportunities in dairy plants, cooperatives, and private dairies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly order booking targets.

• Customer Development

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through field visits, consultant engagement, and referrals.
• Develop strong relationships with plant heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

• Solution Pitching & Site Visits

• Conduct plant visits to assess customer requirements and present automation solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for accurate and timely techno-commercial proposals.

• Market Presence & Branding

• Organize customer meetings, product demos, and technical sessions.
• Represent Goose at dairy expos, trade events, and industry meetups.

• Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain CRM entries, daily reports, and track lead-to-order conversion.
• Work closely with estimation, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution after order closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred) or MBA in Marketing.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B project sales; experience in automation or dairy/food industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and field sales capabilities.
• Based in

  Bhosari, Pune

  , with willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby states.
