This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client relationship management. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales manager role within construction or interior firms. Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and sales forecasting (Mandatory skill). Demonstrated ability in lead generation, actively sourcing potential leads and turning them into sales opportunities. Strong skills in pipeline management for efficient tracking and advancing of sales leads. Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relations. Understanding of market trends in the interior construction industry to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships. Strategic thinker with analytical prowess to forecast sales and set performance goals. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base in the construction interior domain. Ensure consistent lead generation through various channels and maintain an active sales pipeline. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives. Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and identify potential areas for sales growth. Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring further business opportunities. Lead contract negotiations, working closely to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management on performance against targets.
