Lead/inquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure. Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifies. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved. Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation. Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) Consultants. Good understanding of Business processes and Sales Processes. Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry It should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership. It should taking care of your personal targets & your Team targets. Willing to travel and handle outside clients. Skills and Abilities Required: 3+ years of experience in Automation sales. Presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Willingness to travel of the time in a local territory Self-management and multi-tasking skills. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals. Collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Technical knowledge about automation products. Proficiency in relevant software, hardware, and technical tools related to the products or services offered by the company. Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.
