As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for industrial processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' requirements and exceed industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Stepper, SCADA programming, industrial communication protocols, and control system design principles. Role & Responsibility: Design and develop PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications, including process control, motion control, and machine automation. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs. Program PLCs using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram, ensuring robust and efficient operation. Integrate PLC systems with other automation components, such as HMIs, SCADA, Stepper, Servo application & systems. Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to define system requirements, develop specifications, and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of systems to ensure functionality, performance, and safety compliance. Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and conducting training sessions. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in programming, automation, and industrial control systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Servo programming and industrial automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
