About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, pitching Paywize’s fintech solutions, and closing deals. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across fintech, BFSI, startups, and enterprises.
  • Pitch Paywize products (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Connected Banking).
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure using CRM tools.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate commercials and close contracts within defined timelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & client acquisition targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and renewals.
  • Work with BD & Marketing to execute GTM campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (fintech, SaaS, or BFSI preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, UPI, payouts, collections, APIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
