We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager with deep expertise in CPaaS and SaaS solutions within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in a fast-evolving market. You will be responsible for leading and maximizing the sales team's potential, developing data-driven sales strategies, and aligning efforts with senior management objectives. Responsibilities Drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets by effectively managing and mentoring the sales team. Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan focused on CPaaS offerings, aimed at expanding the customer base and strengthening brand presence. Take full ownership of recruiting, setting targets, coaching, and evaluating the performance of sales representatives. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs in telecom and digital communication platforms. Deliver timely sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking to the senior leadership team. Stay informed on market trends, new technologies, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the CPaaS/ SaaS landscape. Requirements MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom technology sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding sales teams to exceed targets. Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from strategic planning to closing enterprise-level deals.
