Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, develop and execute sales strategies, and identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, analyzing the market for competitive opportunities, coordinating with the marketing department, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also manage and mentor the sales team to meet objectives and deliver excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and build long-lasting client relationships
• Proven ability in market analysis, identifying investment opportunities, and crafting sales strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Team leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding a sales team toward achieving targets
• Experience in real estate or related industries with a solid understanding of luxury and commercial markets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting for streamlined operations
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid model with the ability to manage both in-office and remote work responsibilities
• Educational background in business, real estate, or related disciplines; MBA is a plus
