D.R. Associates is a leading IT distribution house based in Siliguri, dealing in branded desktops, laptops, printers, and other electronic equipment. We cater to a wide clientele, including government departments, educational institutions, corporate offices, and retail customers, offering products from reputed brands like HP, Acer, Brother, Canon, and more.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, overseeing territory development, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
  • Handle tender processes, quotations, pricing negotiations, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for inventory, pricing, and product updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely billing, documentation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and networking products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data reporting.
  • Ability to handle field visits, client meetings, and outstation travel when required.
  • Leadership capabilities with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
