We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales team for PVC flooring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the flooring industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for PVC flooring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the flooring or furnishing materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
