Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for

    unsecured business loans

    through direct sales, field visits, and partner channels.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored loan solutions within company policies.
  • Manage complete loan processing including KYC, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities in the Mumbai region.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Age:

    Up to

    35 years

  • 36 years of sales experience

    in unsecured loan products (personal loans, business loans, unsecured credit).
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and risk management.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets in

    field sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer portfolios effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
