Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for
unsecured business loans
through direct sales, field visits, and partner channels.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored loan solutions within company policies.
Manage complete loan processing including KYC, documentation, and disbursement.
Monitor competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities in the Mumbai region.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
Age:
Up to
35 years
.
36 years of sales experience
in unsecured loan products (personal loans, business loans, unsecured credit).
Strong knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and risk management.
Proven record of achieving sales targets in
field sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage customer portfolios effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
