Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow the classifieds business for our Cars Vertical.

Primary Role :

What you will be doing:

Build, Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve sales targets and reach as per the plan
Work closely with the team to ensure best in class customer experience for the Region.
Maintain healthy relations with dealers to ensure a Win Win strategy in the market-place
Identify opportunities to grow the dealer base through referrals and other activation programs.
Conduct Periodic review on the progress of business health metrics with the sales team
Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people
Engage with the Top Customers in the Zone on a regular basis
Carry out intensive field visits and interact with employees, dealers and end users
Collect feedback wrt product, pricing, new product ideas, competition activities, schemes, etc.
Review Employee/ Team performance on a regular basis
Ensure business reviews are conducted in the zone as per the laid down process
