Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving IT sales of our solutions within the US territory. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, prospecting, lead generation, solution selling, relationship building, sales cycle management, global delivery coordination, negotiation, market intelligence, collaboration, and CRM management. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base. - Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various methods. - Understand customer business needs, present solutions, and conduct product demonstrations. - Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. - Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. - Co-ordinate with the global IT delivery team for project development and solution delivery. - Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure favorable terms and conditions. - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in software solution sales with a proven track record. - Strong experience in selling to C-Level executives and closing high-value deals. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Strong understanding of the software sales cycle. - Experience with CRM software is a plus.
