Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify target markets and potential clients for IT products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, networking, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads and assess their requirements to determine potential sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through effective prospecting techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase IT solutions to potential customers.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to address their business challenges.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets within specified timelines.
• Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to create awareness and generate interest in IT products and services.
• Create compelling sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and SEO, to reach the target audience.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase IT offerings and build brand presence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of information technology products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
