Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Control Panel and Switchgear segment (LT & HT).
Generate leads and convert them into sales by targeting contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
Understand technical requirements of customers and propose suitable electrical panel solutions (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, HT Panels, etc.).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Participate in tenders, techno-commercial negotiations, and project follow-ups.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS data.

Requirements:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in LT/HT panels, switchgears, and power distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of control panel design, electrical schematics, and components (A/B/C class panels, breakers, relays, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a sales team if required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
