Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our 4-wheeler sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automobile retail sales, leadership skills to drive performance, and a customer-centric approach. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales team.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure achievement of dealership sales targets and profitability.
• Customer Handling:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Inventory & Reporting:
• Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams to ensure timely availability of vehicles.
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional events, campaigns, and digital outreach.
• Support local marketing activities and product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of automobile sales experience (preferably 4-wheeler).
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and dealership management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
