Requirements

What makes you worthy:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Sales Strategy:

Evaluate the Sales revenue requirements and establish clear goals, strategies, and targets. Implement these strategies efficiently to drive business growth and profitability.

Team Building:

Train, and develop a strong team of successful individuals. Provide guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance expectations.

Performance Monitoring:

Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue goals. Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA in Sales and Marketing.

4-5 years of proven experience in the Luxury Furniture retail domain.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
