Role & responsibilities

  • Lead generation of CF proposals
  • Preliminary eligibility assessment.
  • Preparation of Evaluation sheet & Term sheet
  • Resolution of queries from credit
  • Conducting developer meeting & site visit
  • Facilitating credit team and legal team for loan agreement execution
  • Follow-up with developer for collection of PDDs / OSD
  • Facilitating post disbursement site visits and monitoring.
  • Assisting credit team for subsequent disbursement Process and compliances.
  • Processing and issuance of NOC of the project
  • Collecting Processing Fee & IMD.
  • Execution of Loan Documentation.

Coordinating with internal teams (Legal & Technical Teams)
