Regional Sales Manager (Gujarat )
    • Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Instrumentation
    • Experience : 10 – 12 Yrs
    • Location of Job : Gujarat
    • Key Skills Required:
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
      • Understanding of industry standards and regulations
      • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
      • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
      • Negotiation and persuasive skills
      • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
      • Ability to obtain and share the Market Intelligence to better the company’s chances to secure the order with better commercials
      • Ability to Identify projects, must wins (Project /MRO), Ability to drive the must win cases to their logical ends
      • Must have knowledge of handling Clients and the product line of Valves, Flow Control, Control Valves, Pressure regulators.
  • Job Profile :
    • Proactively collaborate with the sales team and cross functional groups in the RFQ execution process to drive quick response time and high RFQ to order conversion
    • Develop and implement plans to drive and grow MRO & Life Cycle Services business and maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
    • Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans.
    • Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Process & Gas Business Units of Nirmal
    • Take a pro-active role in defining strategies for winning projects as well as supporting export pursuit activities to achieve order conversion and maximize the potential for Process & Gas Business Units.
    • Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
    • Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to increase customer base
    • Contribute towards improving sales processes with focus on customer centricity
    • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after sales processes

    • Oversee adherence to sales processes by sales team and evaluate through measures the achievement of customer delight
    • Ensure timely payment collection against dispatch from clients
    • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely dispatch of Job
