Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive

  channel sales operations

  across the assigned region
• Develop and expand

  dealer, distributor, and retailer network

• Achieve

  primary sales targets

  and ensure secondary sales growth
• Appoint new distributors and key channel partners
• Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, and credit control
• Plan and execute market expansion strategies and promotional activities
• Support channel partners with product training and sales enablement
• Coordinate with marketing and HO teams for schemes and launches
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Lead, guide, and monitor the regional sales team (if applicable)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  modular kitchen fittings

  (hinges, drawers, accessories, etc.)
• Proven expertise in

  Channel Sales & Primary Sales

• Distributor & dealer management
• Market development and territory expansion
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the region

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (preferred)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in modular kitchen fittings or hardware industry
