The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales strategy development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align business objectives. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in market research and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the hardware or furniture fittings industry is a plus
