Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager at our Sulur location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, creating performance reports, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
• Proven ability in team leadership, performance monitoring, and managing sales teams
• Skills in market analysis, trend evaluation, and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in sales and CRM tools; experience in the home safety or construction sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Ability to work on-site at our Sulur location and travel within the assigned region as required
