Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding and guide them through the design process with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager during on-site kickoff meetings for effective project handover.
• Create and communicate design phase timelines with clear milestones.
• Understand client needs deeply and translate them into customized design solutions.
• Deliver detailed proposals with defined scope, specifications, and budgets.
• Coordinate across departments to bring conceptual designs to life.
• Prepare technical drawings and material specifications with accuracy.
• Align proposed designs with site realities and execution capabilities.
• Keep CRM documentation updated with daily progress inputs.
• Proactive approach in solving design-related issues.
• High attention to detail and accountability in documentation.
• Commitment to exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (B.Des).
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in Residential Interior Design.
• Possess a profound understanding of interior design principles, residential design standards, and ergonomic design.
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of various materials used in design execution, along with the ability to weigh their pros and cons for a seamless living experience.
• Exhibit a discerning eye for differentiating between good and bad design, considering both functional and aesthetic aspects.
• Proficient in creating precise technical drawings.
• Proficient in CAD software applications.
